Today I bring you hot fitness personalities with the most amazing 8 pack abs in the world, Sergi Constance. He was here Sergi also decided to compete as a Male Physique Athlete in the NPC "PBW" Tampa Championships, and participate at the Model Search Contest for MuscIe & Fitness at the Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas. There was a very strong line-up, Sergi won both. There is probably no other Men's Physique Model on the international stage who became such an instant hit as a fitness star like him. We know we'll be seeing a lot more of Sergi in the very near future! About when he get started with bodybuilding, he remember there was a time during his younger years where he wanted to become bigger and stronger so he signed up at the local gym.
After a few weeks of intense training he fell in love with bodybuilding and eventually he decided to focus all his attention on building the best body possible. Sergi has always been a very competitive person and when he set a goal he do whatever it takes to achieve it! ...Great achievement Sergi! so many people dream to build a good physique like yours but only few can achieve it. Sergi Constance was born in Valencia on October 25th, 1988. Since he was a kid he loved sports and practised all kinds of them. He studied at the Santisima Trinidad School in Valencia and his favorite course was Physical Education. Later on, in college, he graduated with the degree in Physical Education and Sports (CAFD) at the Universidad Catolica San Vicente Martir in Valencia. During college he had the chance to work as a model, mainly chosen because of his muscular profile.
