I love how the dude does crazy badass things. Not going to lie. Gyms in deployment are so hardcore. I wish most gyms are like them. The key to building musc1e fast is a structured diet, exercise and getting proper rest. Your body needs an increase in calories, proper musclle stimulus and recovery time for optimal growth. Here are some tips: 1. Start Weight Lifting - Learn proper techniques 2. Do Calisthenics or Compound Exercises 3. Eat Whole Foods 4. Get 8 hours of sleep 5. Eat More Frequently 6. Drink Lots of Wate. Way to just drop the weight on your chest.. this is an overall cool video though. Crossfit,Street workout ,conwight conditioning, GSP rushfitt and insanity workout,One of these and a good diet and you gona be ripped as steel.
