DIY At-Home Spa by Tips

Take time out from your hectic schedule to receive a relaxing treatment in a peaceful environment with this Time for yourself. Have a little break off from work and need to relax but can't go to the spa? A home spa day is something you can enjoy alone or with friends. Okay so sometime you want to have a spa day all to yourself at your house. To recreate the spa experience, a home spa day should include healthy food, a pampering spa treatment, rest, and time to get inspired. Here's the solution for you! ....If you dont know what all to do. I can give you DIY tips to do spa by yourself, give you some face mask recipes and stuff like that. I promise the idea I give you, it will make you feel great afterwords :)

DIY At-Home Spa by Tips

1.) Find a nice relaxing place and make time to be... Free your whole day and make sure that you're not going to be bothered all day long. That means turn off your phones (and other social media :) ). Somewhere where its not too cool and not too hot, just perfect. Get a nice comfortable place to lie down.

2.) The Rose-Water ...To save some money, make your own rose-water toner, which has great astringent properties. Here’s my recipe: For every one firmly packed cup of rose petals, pour two cups of boiling water over the top. Cover and steep until the liquid is cool. Strain, squeeze out the liquid from the petals and refrigerate the rose water in a sterilized jar between use.

3.) Even out skin with a fruity solution ...Take a freshly cut lemon and rub gently on rough elbows and knees. The acid in the lemon will soften rough spots on skin and also lighten any dark areas.

4.) After rinsing & patting dry with a soft face towel, try a few more mask recipies of your choice. You may go and google them up if you want. Or I can give you the idea "Oatmeal and Yogurt Face Mask" for all skin type This face mask is suitable for all skin types and is super simple to prepare. It will cleanse and rejuvenate your skin. Ingredients: 1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground; 1 tbsp live, organic yogurt (skip the flavored stuff); A few drops of honey. Preparation: ...Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together. Warm a few drop of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon. Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture. Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth. And them apply moisturizer.

5.) Steam your face with boiling hot water. Stay at least 12 inches away from the pot of boiling water to prevent burning. Cover the area with a towel and stay for 5 mins. this is supposed to open up your pores. :) ...After steaming, take a small ice cube and rub it around your face. This closes your pores, so no more dirt and stuff will go inside! It might feel chilly, but it feels reeeally great after your done.

6.) Healthy Meals. Create your home spa menus around healthy food that will help you eat for energy -- an egg-white omelette with vegetables for breakfast, stir-fired chicken breast and vegetables for lunch, lentil soup and salad for dinner. You can cook ahead or make that part of the fun or your home spa day, especially if you're with a friend. Enjoy Wine or chardonnay with strawberries and whipped cream all day.

Your home spa day is about extending love and kindness to yourself -- and others. If someone is joining you at the end of the day, make sure they feel the love.
