Men's Beauty Tips - Take Care of Your Armpits Sweating

Gilberto Nestore Sexy Armpits

If you don't know to take care of your excessive sweating

If you sweat alot during work hours. It can be embarrassing and you can't wear t shirts and stuff like this. Today I have some tips for you. Sweating is a natural process that helps regulate the body's internal temperature, especially during exercise or hot weather. As sweat evaporates from the surface of your skin, it removes excess heat and helps to cool the body. Unfortunately, this natural function is sometimes complicated by medical conditions that cause excessive sweating. Excessive sweating also can be driven by emotion or special circumstances: If you've ever soaked your shirt under the arms while making a presentation to a group or meeting your future in-laws, you've experienced situational sweating.

Make it a daily habit to use an antiperspirant.

Many people apply an antiperspirant or deodorant before leaving the house to help control underarm sweating and the potential for embarrassing odor. If you ask me what's the difference between deodorants and antiperspirants, anyway? Deodorants help to cover up odors, while antiperspirants contain ingredients designed to stop perspiration.

Bathe Away the Bacteria

although it may seem obvious, there's a simple factor that can help minimize body odor from sweat, Bathe or shower as often as necessary. This will remove the bacteria that feast on sweat (plus their malodorous byproducts), along with any sweat and deodorant or antiperspirant residue. You can help combat sweat by taking stock of your closet. Your choice of clothing can either make you more comfortable or more prone to sweat. Clothing made of natural fabrics, such as cotton, wool, hemp, silk or linen, often have a looser weave than synthetics; this results in a more breathable fabric that allows air to pass through to your skin....

Treat Yourself to a Relaxing Spa Break - DIY At-Home Spa by Yourself Tips

DIY At-Home Spa by Tips

Take time out from your hectic schedule to receive a relaxing treatment in a peaceful environment with this Time for yourself. Have a little break off from work and need to relax but can't go to the spa? A home spa day is something you can enjoy alone or with friends. Okay so sometime you want to have a spa day all to yourself at your house. To recreate the spa experience, a home spa day should include healthy food, a pampering spa treatment, rest, and time to get inspired. Here's the solution for you! ....If you dont know what all to do. I can give you DIY tips to do spa by yourself, give you some face mask recipes and stuff like that. I promise the idea I give you, it will make you feel great afterwords :)

DIY At-Home Spa by Tips

1.) Find a nice relaxing place and make time to be... Free your whole day and make sure that you're not going to be bothered all day long. That means turn off your phones (and other social media :) ). Somewhere where its not too cool and not too hot, just perfect. Get a nice comfortable place to lie down.

2.) The Rose-Water ...To save some money, make your own rose-water toner, which has great astringent properties. Here’s my recipe: For every one firmly packed cup of rose petals, pour two cups of boiling water over the top. Cover and steep until the liquid is cool. Strain, squeeze out the liquid from the petals and refrigerate the rose water in a sterilized jar between use.

3.) Even out skin with a fruity solution ...Take a freshly cut lemon and rub gently on rough elbows and knees. The acid in the lemon will soften rough spots on skin and also lighten any dark areas.

4.) After rinsing & patting dry with a soft face towel, try a few more mask recipies of your choice. You may go and google them up if you want. Or I can give you the idea "Oatmeal and Yogurt Face Mask" for all skin type This face mask is suitable for all skin types and is super simple to prepare. It will cleanse and rejuvenate your skin. Ingredients: 1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground; 1 tbsp live, organic yogurt (skip the flavored stuff); A few drops of honey. Preparation: ...Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together. Warm a few drop of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon. Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture. Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth. And them apply moisturizer.

5.) Steam your face with boiling hot water. Stay at least 12 inches away from the pot of boiling water to prevent burning. Cover the area with a towel and stay for 5 mins. this is supposed to open up your pores. :) ...After steaming, take a small ice cube and rub it around your face. This closes your pores, so no more dirt and stuff will go inside! It might feel chilly, but it feels reeeally great after your done.

6.) Healthy Meals. Create your home spa menus around healthy food that will help you eat for energy -- an egg-white omelette with vegetables for breakfast, stir-fired chicken breast and vegetables for lunch, lentil soup and salad for dinner. You can cook ahead or make that part of the fun or your home spa day, especially if you're with a friend. Enjoy Wine or chardonnay with strawberries and whipped cream all day.

Your home spa day is about extending love and kindness to yourself -- and others. If someone is joining you at the end of the day, make sure they feel the love.

Men's Beauty Tips - Trim and Take Care of Facial Hair

Men's Beauty Tips - Trim and Take Care of Facial Hair

A beard says something about a man, especially if it is well kept. Many years ago, growing a beard was easy. You just stopped shaving. Where your beard ended -- chin, neck, or somewhere after your chest hair began -- was nobody's concern, least of all yours. Now things are different. People tend to have jobs and fewer diseases, and beards require more tailoring. It helps to think of your face as a map, your beard an invading army. A beard or creative facial hair can be an easy and inexpensive way to freshen up your look. I have some tips how to choose the right facial hair and how to trim and care for your beard. The first step in growing facial hair is knowing the best type that works for your facial features. Properly trimmed facial hair can enhance desirable facial features and disguise your weaker features.

For a round face, you'll want to keep the sideburns tighter and go longer at the chin to add length -- for a long face, you'll do the exact opposite. Proportions are also key -- those with large faces should wear fuller beards, while guys with small faces should keep things trimmed tight. For help choosing a beard style, take a look at a few of our style galleries.

There are many different shapes and styles of beard. For example, do you want your beard to look like Jon Hamm’s or Zach Galifianakis’s? From that style, you’ll be able to tell what size trimmer guards you’ll need, along with how often you’ll need to trim. Set the electric trimmer to the longest length and give your beard a quick once over. This will even out all of the longer hairs. Once you’ve completed this step, then it’s time to get close. Using a straight edge or your hand held razor, clean up your neck line. Then turn your attention to your sideburns. With your sideburns you may want to use a short trim guard on your electric razor, depending on the thickness of your beard.

Finally, trim your cheeks with the guard off of your electric razor or using your hand held razor or straight edge. If you’re using a straight edge or hand held razor, be sure to apply some sort of lubricant to your face beforehand. A shaving cream or lathered soap ensures you don’t pull at the skin and hairs and cause irritation. When shaving, always move in the direction of the hair, rather than against it, to ensure a smooth and irritation free shave. (bit.ly/18G59lm)

Once you've grown your beard and have it shaped the way you like it, you'll need to maintain it. Of course, this will require that you shave around the beard to maintain its outline. You'll also need to invest in a good beard trimmer so you can keep the length where you want it.
