Random Hot Photos of Muscle Men - Part 19

Sometimes a movie takes off for no apparent reason. And sometimes the reason is readily apparent. Take 300, for instance. This epic account of an ancient battle between the Spartans and Persians contained the kind of eye-popping visuals and head-snapping violence that men can't get enough of. (Want abs like Gerard Butler in 300? For breakthrough results with no wasted time, hire Men's Health Personal Trainer to push you like never before!) Plenty of women, too, appreciated the parade of ripped bodies. The movie made a record $70 million in its first weekend and earned more than $450 million worldwide since its release in March 2007.

If you were born skinny, you may not have the potential to gain the bulk of an NFL lineman, but it’s completely possible for a skinny guy to put on muscle. The bonus for you is that your body fat levels are naturally low, so when you do gain muscIe, you’ll be able to achieve a very ripped look, which bigger, bulky guys often envy!

Retro Bodybuilder Photos Set, Classic Bodybuilding on Stage

Retro Bodybuilder Photos Set, Classic on Stage

These retro competitive bodybuilders didn't just inspire our earliest dreams. Just like the apocryphal tale of the skinny kid who starts working out after a bully kicks sand in their face, skinny teenager picked on by bullies when they came across the magazine Strength. "Here’s where it works to our advantage - it’s because we’re mature, we’ve been through all the testosterone spurts, we’re having fun and it’s keeping us really healthy,’ said Huard. When we talk about retro bodybuilder guys, Bob Paris is one of my favorite bodybuilders of all-time. He isn't a mass monster. Bob has the kind of physique that many men would aspire to - symmetrical, proportional, and not over the top. So what ever happened to him? Did he retire? Change of career? Anyone ever bump into him at a show or something?

Bob Paris is a personal trainer and still writes training books. He has one called Natural fitness that goes over training naturally, psychological aspects, diet, nutrition, setting goals etc. He still looks great. His web site, bobparis.com, is under construction. He's still available on the speaker's circuit, represented by Greater Talent Network. Seems he's active as a gay rights speaker, but I haven't found much on fitness since his books in the 90s. I to saw him on a talk show also awhile back.

He and his male partner were talking about gay marriage . There were a few couples there and I was going through the channels and as I passed by they were talking to him and his believes etc..He never mentioned bodybuilding but still looked in top shape .

People who have them, love them and the people who don't have them, generally are only okay with them, or less. Or...you know...they'd have them too.

If one decides to get a tattoo, they really need to think about futures. How is that tat going to look in 5, 10, 15 or more years when one gets older? Over time, tattoos start fading or stretching when one puts on a little weight. Also one needs to think about where they put those tattoos. A strategically placed shoulder, back or leg tat is OK. And never should one put any ink on their face! One needs to think about future job prospects.

Evgeny Mishin - Russian Monster, The Biggest Guy on the Olympia Stage

Russian Monster Eugene Mishin - Massive Competitive Bodybuilder

Evgeny Mishin

At 6' 1" and 290 contest-weight lbs, Evgeny is from St. Petersburg, Russia. Just before Evgeny's most recent shoot, he placed 3rd at the Orlando Pro Show and qualified to compete at the 2010 Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas. In 1995 Evgeny placed 3rd in the Russian Junior division, and 2nd in the Men's Division. 1997 saw Evgeny placing 1st overall in the same show; one week later he placed 4th in Nationals, winning the Overall of Russia and Europe in 2002.

In January 2003 he won his IFBB pro card. Since then, Evgeny has moved to NYC, competing 5 times in IFBB Pro Championships to date. We owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to Bill Comstock for all the great closeups he has gotten of those vascular monsters out there. Here is one of Evgeny Mishin (please excuse me if I spelled that wrong) Look at the angle Bill used on this photo, the lighting....the way it shows those hose like veins on top of that mountainous muscle....he is a real artist with that camera.

One of my favorite players, not long ago has become more recognized. Look at his size and in particular the importance of starting. It is also a good escape from all midgets competing in the race. The Mr.o 2011 unless something did not go because I was poor form, and watched videos and pictures from before the competition and looked a lot better. If I'm not mistaken it is also the hardest out "snorkelling" August competitor in the field. Even Ron at the time of his dominance was not of such importance. MMMMMMM... He is my favorite type of man, BIG and HOT!! so, I love to share this hot photos gallery for you.
