Adam Adamski

Born in 1976, Strzelce Opolskie, in southern Poland. While attending elementary school he enjoyed many sports, such as hand ball. Soon he got fascinated with bodybuilding and began pursuing this sport. The breaking point took place during World Bodybuilding Championships that took place in Katowice, Poland. He was inspired by the Miroslaw Daszkiewicz, who took the first place there. It was the beginning Adam's life time adventure with bodybuilding.

Initially his training was unstructured and unfocused. His brother, Peter, was his first coach. Their gym was actually located in the basement of their house. Gradually they managed to organize his training schedule, and in 1999 Adam entered his first competition, local championships at Nowe Miasteczko, where he took second place.

MuscleGallery.com team met Polish bodybuilder Adam Adamski for the first time in 2004 when they shot him in Budapest. They found his physical balance and his classic good looks very impressive and invited him to Miami to do more shoots for MuscleGallery.

At the same competition he took second place in the mixed pairs category, together with Katarzyna Kozakiewicz, In 2008 Adam placed sixth in the heavy-weight category at the World Championships in Bahranie. Adn in 2010, won the Polish Grand Prix in Zabrze, Poland.
