Anthony is an NPC bodybuilding competitor out of Chicago IL, looking to get his IFBB pro card this coming up 2013 season at the USA's Competition. He is weighing about 296lbs here. Anthony is coming off of an incredible 4th place from NPC Nationals this past November (2012). Anthony Tenuta, Competitive bodybuilder men's super heavyweight. He's got 1st in men's super heavyweight in 2011 NPC Junior Nationals. This hunk 's 6'1" height, 31 year old from Chicago and this photos set by photographer Ulrich Oehmen. So, how did I get my chest to go from minuscule to massive... tiny to titanic... pathetic to powerful? It's all about ‘positioning’ my iron-addicted friends! Here is my explanation and why posisitioning is so important. Sample chest workouts included! Although I pride myself on having a balanced and even physique, I would still have to say that my pecs are my "standout" body part. In the offseason, I generally wear a size 54 jacket, and only a 34 pant. My jacket size is mostly due to the mass and thickness of my chest more than anything else (which makes me wonder what size jacket Ronnie Coleman or Marcus Ruhl must wear... WOW). Whenever people see me with my shirt off, the majority of questions and comments I get are in regards to my pecs. "How much do you bench? How do you find shirts? Wow, your chest is bigger than my wife's... and she has implants!!"

But I digress... The interesting thing about the fact that my chest is now my best body part is that when I started training, it was probably my worst! While I only weighed a paltry 125 lbs at a height of 5'11" the first time I touched a barbell, you could still see at least some muscular development in my arms, shoulders, and back. This man is real hot daddy! Fred Boojaklee is IFBB pro bodybuilder and personal trainer at the Lake Forest gym, (he has 25 years experience of training and guaranteed fast result). I remember when Fred was training in Glendale, Ca. at the YMCA. You could see his potential there in the very beginning. Good job Fred! I really love his posing routine on stage (just click picture below), it's perfect and awesome. Unfortunately, I can't find more of his info or pics on google.

After being released from the WWE, Batista attended Strikeforce: Los Angeles on 16 June 2010, having previously registered an interest in competing in Mixed martial arts. On 21 June 2010, Batista announced to TMZ.com that he would be embarking on a MMA career. Batista had announced that he and Strikeforce had agreed on a price and were negotiating a contract. However in April 2011, Batista announced to TMZ.com that negotiating a contract with Strikeforce fell through when Strikeforce was bought by Zuffa, LLC. Batista was expected to make his MMA debut against Rashid Evans on October 6, 2012 at Classic Entertainment and Sports: Real Pain in Providence, Rhode Island.

However, on October 1, 2012, it was announced that Evans was forced out of the bout after a probation violation landed him back in jail. With Batista's MMA debut still on for the event, Evans was replaced by journeyman and 40 fight veteran Vince Lucero. Batista would go on to win the fight by TKO at 4:05 in the first round.

Former WWE star Dave "Batista" Bautista didn't get into MMA to prove anything to fans. He simply wanted to prove something to himself – that despite being 43 years old, he could still do it. But to do that, he needed to prove something to his training partners. That got all the harder when one of them, Stephan Bonnar, got booked to meet perhaps the greatest MMA fighter in history. Bonnar was one of Bautista's training partners at Gracie Tampa ahead of his pro debut, which took place Saturday. Facing 46-fight veteran super heavyweight Vince Lucero (22-23-1), Bautista (1-0) survived an early flurry of punches before posting a first-round TKO victory.

The bout headlined the "CES MMA: Real Pain" pay-per-view event at Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I. Bautista went through an eight-week camp for the fight. It got a bit tougher a few weeks ago when Bonnar learned he'd be coming out of semi-retirement to fight MMA's pound-for-pound kingpin, UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, at this coming weekend's UFC 153 event in Brazil.
