HOW AWESOME is Correa, some intense preparation there. This exercise is a little difficult to get the hang of. Cable exercises in general can have a lot of variance in how you do them, thus what results you get out of them depend on your knowledge of how to perform them. Perform this one slowly with light to moderate weight to figure out where it really activates the top of your pecs. Focus on the stretch in that area that you get with your arms extended, and then continue through. The cable crossover is a great chest exercise because it stretches the pecs from the start position, hitting the outer pec muscle fibers. Your pulley position is determined by the area of the chest you want to target. Setting the pulleys in the highest position focuses on the lower pecs, while the lowest position will work your upper pecs. Sexy in Red Part II - Hot Male Bodybuilders in Red Hot Suits

Can posing trunks be sexy and erotic on male bodybuilders? Because, I'm curious about what guys can wear on stage - suits seem to be getting smaller and smaller (I have no problem with that - my own is pretty tiny!). What's the absolute least amount of fabric I can get away with? Anyone wearing posing straps? I would think posing straps would be too small. Trunks should do it. Now the trunks are hiked so far up, the guys may as well be wearing female thongs. I actually think posing straps are a great idea! The women already wear so little, I see no reason the men can't follow suit (pardon the pun). A posing strap covers what's necessary, and reveals the rest - which is what these guys are up there for anyway. No need to hike up fabric that isn't there, and the glute shots are great! I wear a posing strap when I'm working out, and they are really comfortable.

I think I'd like to compete in one, too. You know, I've often wondered why men don't wear less. Anyone have any ideas on this? In this sport, less really is more. All that's needed is the pouch covering, but guys still use those strange, triangle-shaped bikinis. Is there a point to this? You mentioned the women wearing thongs. This approach seems much more sensible for the men as well - a pouch and a strap. Are there guys who wear pouches or straps, or is this just a female thing - and if it is strictly for the women, why?

I think a few of these guys in this thread raise some interesting questions that no one has addressed. Why is there a double standard when it comes to what the women wear, as opposed to what the men wear? Women are encouraged to be daring, sexy, revealing and almost dangerous. Men are encouraged to conform and be anonymous. Why is that? Here in Canada, it seems guys are much more comfortable with what they've got - both above and below the tanline. We're on equal footing with the women on stage and at the beach. But in the U.S., there's a lot more inhibition. Can any of you guys tell me why?

In the big picture of bodybuilding, don't posting straps actually MAKE SENSE? A couple years ago, there was a thread on the G&O board that brought this up... but to find a whole website dedicated to it? Oye! The schmoeness never ends!

Whenever you use your bodyweight for resistance and or bodyweight plus additional resistance while performing a compound movement you activate a greater number of muscIe fibers than you would if you simply used a machine. Machines do not recruit as many fibers particularly the fibers that are responsible for stabilization. To get bigger arms and to build muscIe fast whenever possible you want to try to move your body instead of simply moving the arm or an attachment on a machine. Although free weight exercises are very effective and a much better option than training on a machine, moving your own body will always be best when trying to get bigger arms.

Men in Uniform - Intellegent, Honorable and Trustworthy - That's What I Call Sexy!

Why Are Men In Uniform Sexy? I think, because when we have a purpose, it indicates strength and confidence, and a uniform shows a purpose. They just look brave and intellegent and honorable and trustworthy and nice. just all around sexy. The uniform says they are successful, it means they have a steady job and can provide for a partner/family, or at least share the financial burden. Or it could be (especially military/firemen) that it has something to do with the idea that these men are brave and would risk their lives for people they love(at least one would hope), because they are willing to put themselves in danger for strangers/their country. Studies have been done that found women find uniforms on men much more sexy than men find women in uniform to be.

They sited especially the financial part as being the reason. Oh yeah almost forgot, uniformed men seem to exude "confidence, and power". Firefighter,cop,navy,army,marines O DEAR GOD! Pick up the jaw,wipe the lip! Uh huh..They do it for me too. Well, lets define this alittle more. Hot ones in uniforms, not ones that are scrawny or got a buddha beer belly!

And some women's uniforms are sexy(or at least used to be), like maids lol. It is usually the idea that a man can dominate a woman in uniform that turns him on though. This is because at least in the past the majority of "woman's uniforms" were for positions that were considered lower than men: ex, nurses, maids, stewardess. Men now are starting to like the power full woman more and more, such as one in a military uniform. Men like to be dominated sometimes too! For me it's just a guy being dressed nice either in a suit or uniform. But, then again, I like a guy to mostly wear jeans and tshirts.

We have been socialized to think of certain uniforms as sexy. It’s the heroic ones, like a firefighter’s, that appeals to us. We know how physically demanding the job is, and they certainly deserve recognition for their hard work. Then there’s that added sex appeal when we know that they put their life on their line for the greater good. But we don’t know who they are. They are like mannequins: faceless, but clothed. All we see is their attire. We just understand that their uniform represents bravery and selflessness.
